At Dan & Day’s, we’re committed to using proteins that are not only delicious but responsibly and thoughtfully sourced. We believe great food starts with great ingredients — and that includes knowing where they come from.

Our grass-fed beef comes from Joyce Farms, a family-run operation known for its commitment to humane, sustainable farming. For those looking for something extra special, our American Wagyu beef is sourced from Red Top Farms, raised with care by independent family ranchers and known for its exceptional marbling and flavor.

All of our chicken is sourced from Bell & Evans, a leader in humane, antibiotic-free poultry. Their commitment to quality and clean practices ensures that every bite — whether grilled or fried — is flavorful, responsibly raised, and free from unnecessary additives.

We proudly serve pasture-raised eggs from The Farmers Hen, where hens roam freely outdoors and are fed an all-vegetarian diet, producing eggs that are both nutrient-rich and ethically sourced.

For our plant-based options, we make our patties in-house using real ingredients — including our homemade black bean patty and our kale-brussels sprout blend — with no fillers, preservatives, or shortcuts.

We’re proud to be transparent about where our food comes from, because we believe you deserve to know exactly what you’re eating — and why it matters. Click the links above to learn more about our sourcing partners and the standards they uphold.
